Digital Designer (DD)
Get creative with event graphics, digital screen content, and poster designs! If you have a knack for graphic design and love thinking outside the box, this role is for you. Help us make HOEM visually stunning!
HOEM Videographer (HV)
Engagement Leader (EL)

Neighbourhood Leader (NL)
Help ensure residents feel comfortable and supported. Build community, provide support, and be on-call for emergencies. Ideal for someone who can handle high-pressure situations with empathy and critical thinking.
Services Leader (SL)
Be the go-to person at our Services Desk, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communicate with students, help with marketing tours, and provide excellent customer service. Perfect for someone who loves connecting with students and multitasking.
Comfort & Coziness Summer Student
Help keep HOEM clean and welcoming! You’ll handle in-suite cleaning, building maintenance, and prep for summer bookings. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable who loves creating a pleasant environment.
