Each bedroom comes with its own desk, giving you a quiet, personal space to focus on your studies. Whether you’re writing papers or prepping for exams, it’s easy to stay productive right from the comfort of your room.

Share your apartment, not your personal space. With private bedrooms and plenty of room to make your own, you and your roommate can enjoy a comfortable balance of independence and connection.

Roommate Matching

Our roommate matching service is designed to help you find a compatible roommate based on your preferences and lifestyle. If you’re moving into our two-bedroom apartment with a friend, you can easily bypass this service and enjoy living with someone you already know. 

Roommate Mediation

We offer roommate mediation to ensure a harmonious living environment. Our mediation service is here to resolve any conflicts that may arise between roommates, fostering open communication and understanding. We are committed to creating a peaceful and enjoyable living experience for all our residents.

Common Questions about HOEM’s 2-bed Apartments

In our 2-bed apartments, the 2 residents share 1 bathroom.

Just your personal belongings! Your apartment is move-in ready. For a full list, see what is included in each HOEM suite.

Lots! Your bedroom comes with everything you need to feel at home: a bed, desk and chair, a 2-drawer dresser, a 4-drawer dresser, and a clothes rail for your wardrobe. In the shared common area, you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, TV console (TV not included), plus either a dining table with chairs or stools at the counter—depends on the layout.

As for appliances, your kitchen’s stocked with the essentials: an oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Whether you’re making a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you’ll have what you need.

Students will be able to self select roommates through our roommate matching program in early summer. The program is designed to ensure you and your roommate are highly compatible, setting you up for a harmonious living experience. Already have a friend in mind? You’ll be able to search their name and select them once roommate selection becomes available!

Once placements are finalized, we will share your roommate’s email address with you. This information is typically provided well in advance of your move-in date, giving you a chance to connect with your suitemate.

Our maintenance team is on it! Submit a work order through your HOEM Portal and they will be available to attend to anything that needs a little TLC.

HOEM on Jarvis is honestly such a great place to live. The building is always clean and well taken care of, and the overall vibe feels super safe and welcoming. The events hosted here are amazing; there’s always something fun going on that helps you meet people and feel part of a community.

I would highly recommend taking up residence at HOEM. I recently called in and spoke with an attendant named Kady, who was incredibly pleasant and informative. Her helpfulness made a great first impression and encouraged me to schedule a visit to the facility. During my visit, I was most impressed by the exceptional customer service, the outstanding cleanliness of the dormitory options, and—most importantly—the thorough safety protocols in place. Everything exceeded my expectations. It’s a five-star rating from me, and I’m looking forward to moving my son in during the upcoming fall-winter season!

I had a really good experience at hoem on Jarvis while visiting a friend. A CA called kiyan was nice enough to show me to the restroom on the ground floor while I was waiting to get signed in. The community there is truly wonderful.
