Enjoy a lively and social living experience in our three-bedroom apartment-style suites. Share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with two roommates, while one student has the option of an ensuite bathroom. This setup makes it easy to cook, relax, and bond together.

A total of three roommates means there’s always someone around to share experiences, study sessions, or movie nights. Our suites offer plenty of space for everyone, ensuring you have your own privacy while still enjoying a fun and supportive community.

Every bedroom comes with its own desk, so you’ll always have a dedicated spot to focus and get work done. Whether you prefer quiet solo sessions or group study in the shared living space, it’s easy to find your flow.

Come with a friend or meet a new one. We have Roommate Matching and Mediation to ensure a smooth living experience.

With modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, our three-bedroom suites are designed to support your day-to-day routine. From high-speed Wi-Fi to in-suite features that make life easier, you’ll have everything you need to stay comfortable, connected, and on track—whether you’re studying, streaming, or settling in for the night.

Roommate Matching

Our roommate matching service is designed to help you find compatible roommates based on your preferences and lifestyle. If you’re moving into our three-bedroom apartment with friends, you can easily bypass this service and enjoy living with people you already know. 

Roommate Mediation

We offer roommate mediation to ensure a harmonious living environment. Our mediation service is here to resolve any conflicts that may arise between roommates, fostering open communication and understanding. We are committed to creating a peaceful and enjoyable living experience for all our residents.

Common Questions about HOEM’s 3-bed Apartments

In our 3-bed apartments, two residents share one bathroom, and one resident has an ensuite. You can select the ensuite when booking.

Just your personal belongings! Your apartment is move-in ready. For a full list, see what is included in each HOEM suite.

Lots! Your bedroom comes with everything you need to feel at home: a bed, desk and chair, a 2-drawer dresser, a 4-drawer dresser, and a clothes rail for your wardrobe. In the shared common area, you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, TV console (TV not included), plus either a dining table with chairs or stools at the counter—depends on the layout.

As for appliances, your kitchen’s stocked with the essentials: an oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Whether you’re making a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you’ll have what you need.

Students will be able to self select roommates through our roommate matching program in early summer. The program is designed to ensure you and your roommates are highly compatible, setting you up for a harmonious living experience. Already have friends in mind? You’ll be able to search their names and select them once roommate selection becomes available!

Once placements are finalized, we will share your roommates’ email addresses with you. This information is typically provided well in advance of your move-in date, giving you a chance to connect with your suitemates.

Our maintenance team is on it! Submit a work order through your HOEM Portal and they will be available to attend to anything that needs a little TLC.
