HOEM offers flexible summer accommodation in Toronto for a few days, weeks, or months. Whether you’re here for a visit, an internship, a short-term program, or coordinating housing for an entire cohort, we make it simple.
You don’t have to be a student to stay at HOEM during the summer. We may be a student residence, but we are open to all from May through August.
Summer stays are not a one-off offering; they’re part of what we do. We offer 2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed apartments, and you’ll only ever share a bathroom with one other person – except in our 3-bed where one guest has an ensuite. Who can stay at HOEM during the summer?
Our doors are open to everyone during the summer months. You don’t need to be a student to stay with us, which makes HOEM a great fit for interns, travellers, and anyone looking for a short-term stay in Toronto.
How long can I stay during the summer?
We offer flexible stays from one night up to three months between May and August. If you’re planning to stay longer than three months, you can book the full summer term for a seamless four-month stay.
What’s included in my stay?
You’ll stay in a fully furnished, shared apartment that’s move-in ready – just bring your suitcase. Your stay includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to shared amenities, and 24/7 on-site support. You’ll only ever share a bathroom with one other person, creating a comfortable and convenient living experience.
